Brekknaás, Árbær - NEW

48 rental apartments are being built in 5 two-story high apartment buildings by Selásbraut and Brekknaás in Árbær, Reykjavík. The start of the construction was in November 2022 and the first apartments were ready for rent in July 2024. 


Pets are allowed in some of the apartments.


Reykjavík Social Housing (Félagsbústaðir) owns 20% of the apartments in Brekknaás.
