The house has 11 apartments and is on two floors, with one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.


The start of the construction was in June 2023 and the first apartments were ready in February 2025.


Pets are allowed in a few apartments in the building but applicants must mark in the application if they want an apartment allowing pets. See Bjarg's rules on keeping pets.
