How to send comments through app
Tenants can send comments/requests through an app.
To download the app, you need to go to Play store or iStore and search for Main manager.
Once the app has been downloaded, you need to open it and enter the app key,
See an email from Bjarg "Important at the start of the rent" or "App to send maintenance request or a message to Bjarg" which states the app key for your house
Enter your information, click on my info.
Register your name, email address and phone number.
Once "My info" has been saved, incidents/comments can be registered
Enter your request/comment and fill in the appropriate fields. Remember to press save.
