Instruction - comments
Tenants can submit comments through “my pages.”
The following should appear for those who are registered tenants at Bjarg when they go to my pages:
To submit a comment, click on the "send maintenance request/send a message to Bjarg” button on my pages.
Then a window will appear with your apartment number. Please fill in your telephone number, e-mail address, and describe the problem in more detail in the comment section.
You need to select the most relevant item from the top category, for example, plumbing.
In a subcategory, an item is selected to define the category, for example, a faucet - kitchen (see photo below).
To attach photos, click on the paper clip and a window will open where you can send photos.
It is important to click the button in the lower right corner to submit the comment.
